DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICIES

Domestic shipments are shipped USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail, depending on weight.

Wholesale packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail.

A domestic package is not considered "lost" until 15 business days after the day it was shipped.

No replacements will be made 60 days after the ship date.

No replacements will be made for lost packages if the item is "marked delivered" by the postal service at the address you provided.

All sales are final. A replacement may be sent if item is defective.

If your deck has gilded or painted edges, please note:

  • We do our best to ensure every aspect of our decks are high quality, but due to the nature of how painted or gilded edges are applied, some fall-out or minor scratching is inevitable, and not considered a defect. We cannot guarantee that there won’t be some minor imperfections with your painted/gilded edges.

  • Harsh shuffling and handling of the cards might wear down the painted or gilded edges.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please save all packaging, photograph the damage, and immediately e-mail Heidi at info@blackviolettarot.com so we can either file an insurance claim with USPS or report the defective item to our printer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES

All international packages will be shipped via USPS International Priority Mail. At this time, we are unable to ship to Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine due to USPS shipping suspensions.

Effective July 1, 2021, EU member states will collect value added tax (VAT) for all goods entering the EU. The VAT ranges from 17% to 27% depending on the EU member state, not including any applicable duties or fees. This online shop does NOT collect VAT at checkout so you will be charged by customs upon the goods entering your country. These added costs may exceed the merchandise’s value.

All sales are final. A replacement may be sent if the item is defective.

You may also experience “landing fees” when your package goes through customs. These fees will be different in every country. I have no control over these fees, nor can I predict them. If you are concerned about import fees, please research how they apply to you before placing your order. I will not be responsible for any import fees or VAT.

USPS SHIPPING SERVICE ALERT: The United States Postal Service is currently facing unprecedented challenges due to underfunding and COVID-19. I can't predict or control delays or issues with delivery, and will not be responsible for shipping delays and losses unless an insurance claim is approved.
